PK Analysis(PK分析)

基于power model评价PK参数

\(ln(y)=\alpha+\beta*ln(dose)\),其中\(y\)表示PK参数如\(AUC_{0-inf}\),\(C_{max}\)等,\(\alpha\) 代表截距项,\(\beta\) 代表斜率。

MIX model计算P值。
